"The hotel is pretty clean, the carpets in our hall could use cleaning. We didn’t interact much with staff or use the pool, restaurant or casino as we had a busy schedule. We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and while it’s a decent place and location for getting around Vancouver, we often have a maintenance issue. This time our sink was leaking in the strangest way. Every time you ran the sink faucet, water poured out all over the vanity (maybe a leak in the base of the faucet). We reported it so hopefully they’ve addressed it for the next guest."

"Best customer service! So many cool complimentary amenities! Shuttle to sightsee in the area. Bikes to ride around. Restaurant attached to hotel has good food and great service also. Amazing cocktails! If you walk across the bridge there are several other restaurants within a mile. East and pleasant walk for me. Hands down recommend and would stay here again."

"The staff went above and beyond. We needed a microwave and they brought one to our room. We needed forks and they brought those. The room cleaning service was spectacular. Comfortable room and stay. The TV was easy to connect to with our phones. The iPad with entertainment option was something different and a great option. We didn't really like the washroom situation in the room because it was an open concept style washroom. Felt claustrophobic in the washroom. Adding a bidet to the toilets and a ventilation fan would really help."
