"The Burrard Hotel is situated in a great area of downtown Vancouver - within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and site seeing - by Uber, 8 minutes to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park and close to the waterfront. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was clean with modern amenities. The hotel does not serve meals but recommends the Cafe Bar next door which serves a great breakfast and offers a discount if you are staying at the hotel. We would recommend staying at The Burrard Hotel."

"Everything was top notch, from a smooth check in to a clean room and quick response to requests. Only thing that isn’t great is the parking. There is a self park lot but the hours aren’t the best for in and out so you’re almost forced to use the valet service. We ended up paying for both because we weren’t aware of the limited hours of the lot, we had driven to dinner and came back to see the self park lot closed at 7pm on the weekend so we had to use the valet parking. Valet was friendly and efficient though. Also depending on the location of your room you are able to hear the bass from the music in the nightclub. It didn’t disturb my sleep but definitely I noticed it."

"This hotel far surpassed expectations & was truly lovely in every respect, including good location & the quality of the rooms. It represented good value for money. What made the stay though, was the outstanding customer service, from the little touches of the housekeeping staff to the genuine interest of the reception staff when checking out, but most of all the exceptional care & attention of the concierge staff Jillian & David. I can’t thank them enough for their help."

"We had a pleasant stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, we had a disgusting experience in the underground parking when someone vomited on our car, possibly a guest from the hotel bar."

"Super convenient for cruising! Appreciated the basement food court and drug store and walkway to Canada Place. Heated rooftop pool was a great place to spend an early October evening after early drinks and dinner."
