"We booked this hotel because we were excited about the onsen. We enjoyed it, as well as the nice shower and bathtub in our room. It seems like they have an outdoor space outside the onsen but it was closed when I was there. There were some missing amenities in the onsen that made the experience less than ideal- there's no spinner for bathing suits, or a sink in the dressing room to wring out anything wet, to wash your hands, etc. There's also no drinking water in the changing room and the only spot to get water is near the elevators. No hot water or tea either! They have coffee or water with lemons that taste nothing like lemon. The biggest bummer about our stay is that the bathroom smelled like urine. To have such a nice bathroom that smelled nasty ruined a big part of the reason why we picked this hotel. Also, they really need to get a better website. The hotel is much nicer than you'd think based on the website alone!"
