The location was not accessible by auto or cab, causing major inconvenience. My original booking included breakfast, which was not provided at the alternate accommodation. I specifically chose Tea Garden Stay for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Due to this booking error and the poor substitute provided, my entire trip was severely disrupted.
