The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. Hot water timings are restricted in the mornings and evenings but that's not too much of an issue. The hotel helped us with a immersion rod beyond the normal timings so that was very helpful. Overall, we had a great stay due to the lovely weather and the enchanting views from the balcony. Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main town with peace and quiet amongst the company of nature and birds." My room's AC was broken, the carpets were stained and damaged, I had very limited options for English channels. Communal areas seemed a little unkept and tired. Service was sporadic and unpredictable. The bar area seemed to be run on a budget.... Giant old fridge in plain view of customers half full of beer. All a bit of a 'cafe on the beach' feel. The restaurant was nice with fantastic views and the service was good. At best though the food was so so . I also recommend the management to start working on activity for hotel guests with corresponding transportation."
