"My favourite as ever is the runway bar, and this time i was served by the amazing Pooja. She really looked after me well and made sure that my food was piping hot as requested. I chose the burger which was very flavourful and perfectly cooked."

"My first impression of the Renaissance hotel was the receptionist called Kia, she was a complete professional, caring and attentive to all our needs, she was an absolute asset to your company, the housekeeping staff were excellent, we needed sugar and it was not a problem. Would definitely recommend staying here always, a big thank you."

"Serve hot complimentary breakfast. Check in early before 2pm is allowed, but have to check with receptionist often until a room is available. No queuing list that I know of."

"Breakfast was good... better than out later stay at Park Plaza Waterloo. No big fancy lobby or usual larger check in desk, but modern smaller table with staff. They were already there and helpful. Pool was really nice. We his dinner there too twice and the food was excellent. The Bream worth veg. And beetroot lemon? Computer was amazing!!! Although beam was on the smaller side for a serving of fish at this price, but done well. Hot chocolate was nice and 'cocoay' . Good location for heading to kew gardens and into london. Great start to our vacation.!"

"Excellent overnight stay for work. Staff were brilliant, friendly and professional despite being obviously busy. Bus stop right outside to get to / from Heathrow if needed. Walking distance to car rentals. Would stay here again."
