Definitely one of the best value-for-money hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The breakfast offers an excellent variety, including several signature Hanoi dishes. The restaurant on Level 11 has a fantastic view, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Dong Xuan Market, charming local cafes, and several Michelin rated food stalls.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the bar offers a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at very reasonable prices.
The only downside is the shower system, which could benefit from an upgrade. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Staff were so helpful and attentive. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and they immediately helped me get a room for the date I arrived as I was traveling with a friend. The welcome drink was a nice touch, rooms spacious, and the roof top pool has an amazing view.
