I had a wonderful experience at A89 West Lake Hotel in Hanoi! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi! 🇻🇳

Yes my daughter and I stayed there and it was good! The breakfast was yummy, the staff helpful and the room was immaculate! Very clean! If you have kids the water park is very close and the cars for kids to ride in!
