This cute little hotel in West Lake is perfect for the weary traveller looking for a little peace away from the Hanoi bustle. Located not far from the lake and within easy walking distance of banks and restaurants, it’s a perfect place to get your bearings upon arrival in Hanoi. 4泊しました。洗面所で手を洗うと水が詰まり、下水の匂いが充満し、シャワーを浴びるのもトイレに行くのも精神的に辛かったです。スタッフさんに問い合わせ、業者を呼んで修繕してくれたとの事でしたが、翌日、水を流すとまた詰まり、、。他の部屋に変更してくださいと依頼しましたが、満室で無理との事でした。 スタッフさんの対応には感謝していますが、ホテルの施設自体が良くないように感じました。 ベトナム旅行自体はとても楽しかったのですが、ホテルの滞在中は本当にきつかったです。私の部屋だけがそうなのか、他の部屋もそうだったのかは定かではありませんが、改善すべきだと思いました。

Das erste Zimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden,aber wir konnten problemlos das Zimmer wechseln. Leider stimmen aber die Angaben nicht, es gibt keinen Safe im Zimmer und auch keine Verdunklungsvorhänge, da es überhaupt kein Fenster im Zimmer gab. Der Teppich im Flur war dreckig und voller Flecken, machte keinen guten Eindruck. Beim Frühstück fehlt eine Information für ausländische Gäste, dass es auch Suppe und frische Eierspeisen gibt.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, the difference between the standard room and a superior room or whatever it is called, is the fact that one has more space, but no windows, and the other is smaller, but access to windows (weird). $100+ difference for…windows lol. Anywho, things that matter to me, you turn on the water, the water gets cold in like 10 minutes, so no need to wait, just be ready to hop in the shower…Also, room service, lazy….lazy, lazy, lazy. First day I decided to call for room service, made my bed, and changed towels….didn’t give me more toilet paper, refill the soap bottle….nothing… I let the downstairs staff know, and they’re extremely kind, but information doesn’t seem like it is being relayed…they did have people come by again, they did everything EXCEPT filled the soap bottle with conditioner and water…atp I’m tired of speaking to them about the same thing. I had to go down stairs and show them because the staff was not getting it. I kept running out of items, this was the most I’ve ever had to interact with staff at a hotel. I probably won’t be here again, I was here for 2 weeks btw…also trying to check out because I have a plane to catch, I was told to wait in the lobby for a few minutes, it has been like 15 minutes, and then many other people started to come up, check out not smooth, they need to have a better system or something.
