The reception gave me a free upgrade for my stay which was very nice of them. I guess it is because it is a new hotel that just open last year and I could say that the room was modern and clean. Staff was super friendly. The price is also very reasonable comparing with other hotels in the vicinity.

Always stay at this hotel when visiting Jakarta for business. Its in a quiet area but only a short 30 minuet Grab ride to busy restaurant or sea front area. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable with great amenities. Breakfast is a vast buffet array with all types of food to choose from.

nice hotel, clean, i stay with my wife and overall good hotel. i do recommend this holiday inn hotel. strategic place in the middle of center jakarta. but there is no smoking room hotel for smoker :)

Nice location, had a good view when I look out at the window from my room, having a good breakfast (really enjoy my meals, sit in the outdoor part of the resto looking down the road), nice gym facilities, quiet place to refresh myself

The staff were extremely helpfull, the courtesy car to and from the different shopping centres was very useful and convenient. The location was good as I was interested in looking arounf Mereka Sq and other local attractions.

Hotel was great, but avoid the offered BMW Tours which is a rip off and misleading, you can do the same for much less and better experience
