"I've stayed at Old Silk Appartments twice so far in apartments 8 and 9. Both I found spotless, white soft towels, comfy beds, tastefully decorated well maintained and adequately appointed. Large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob oven and microwave, basic set of kitchen utensils and a couple of pans adequate to cook something simple. "Host there to welcome us when we arrived. He helped to carry in the luggage and showed us how the hot water and heating worked. Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. "Certainly, Olatunde: I stayed in a very nice hotel and had a pleasant experience. The gym was well equipped and helped me keep active during my stay. The spa facilities were also very good and made it easy to relax. I also enjoyed the lovely surroundings, which made the hotel even more special. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"First time at this hotel, the room we had was very clean as was the rest of the hotel that we saw although we did not eat there and were not in the hotel very long as we were attending a concert. The only staff we met were on reception but they were very good and the only problem for me was the hotel is a little out of the way for me as a disabled person but it was easy enough to get a taxi"
