"I was travelling with my daughters and we stopped there for a night. The central location close to downtown, the clean, spacious room, the nice, clean bathroom having enough towels for all of us were only a few highlights of what we enjoyed in our stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the room view. Too bad that it had a wall of windows because the nearby building was very close so we couldn’t really open the curtains. Maybe some privacy foil on the windows would make the large windows more practical. Another great thing about our stay was the complementary breakfast. It had a large variety of excellent food."

"We really enjoyed our stay! This hotel is close enough to downtown that it was cheap and easy to uber there and back. Room was clean, updated and the staff was very friendly. We had a room on the first floor for our first night and asked to be moved since the foot and vehicle traffic was annoying. Staff accommodated the request no problem and our second floor room got the next two nights was excellent. Breakfast was also great, but go early to avoid the crowds! "

"Stay here every time we visit,stay in the modern updated rooms,like living in a 1 bedroom condo for a few days. Walking distance to BYWARD MARKET,RIDEAU SHOPPING CENTRE,PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS.Taxi always available outside hotel or direct phone line to them. There is a mission and youth mission close by but do not feel unsafe,lots of police presence.Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking is underground and reasonable at 33.00 plus tax a night. Secure entrance to hotel and parking lot using key to room."
