"First impresion when entering room was, Wow, with plenty of draws, wardrobe, three piece suit, onsuit bathroom shower plss roll top bath. "

"Room was on 2nd floor and up some quite steep stairs, however all doable and room was very nice, clean and tidy but getting a little tired in places. However I believe the rooms are all going to be given a makeover in the next couple of months. Staff were all brilliant, very welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Ate in the bar both nights and the food was great, very reasonably priced as there was a meal deal each night. Breakfast was outstanding and the lady serving was brilliant. All in all a fantastic stay. Thank you all."

"Very friendly staff, hot tub wasn’t up to temp on our arrival but staff were very apologetic and we were not charged for it that evening. The Lodge was very clean, good quality bedding and toiletries."
