"I panic booked this property after mistakenly booking the wrong night at a chain hotel. I should have started here in the first place! The Back Bay location is charming and well situated; the little room had everything I needed (thank you for the Kleenex and in room coffee!); and while I feared it would be noisy it was quiet and calm. The price was 1/2 to 1/3 of other available options; I am very grateful to have discovered this charming little fine. Note: charm does mean sacrificing some modern amenities, such as abundant electrical outlets and sound proofing. I did not miss them, however. Thank you to the team for being responsive and for a great stay!"

"I had a great stay at the Hyatt! The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. My first room had an issue with the air-conditioning unit, but the team quickly moved me to another room and made the process incredibly easy. The hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants, with a mall across the way and a small shopping center just down the stairs—including a Starbucks, which was especially convenient. The rooms were quiet and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room could have used a little more lighting, but there were plenty of electrical and USB outlets, which is always a plus. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and the breakfast buffet did the trick—it was a solid, typical hotel breakfast with everything I needed. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent hospitality."

"Excellent location, right in the heart of Copley Square. We were there to help our daughter move into her new place in Back Bay. It was an easy walk to Back Bay, and beautiful one down either Commonwealth or Newbury. The hotel is old and has a lot of character. Our King suite was very large. It was a little musty when we first arrived, but once the AC was turned down, the musty smell dissapated. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The only suggestion I would have would be to add a coffee maker in the room. Currently, you have to go down to the lobby and grab a cup there. Overall, a great stay and we would stay here again."
