"Room was fine but had not been well cleaned. Breakfast was basic but good. Staff were very good, particularly breakfast staff, and the girl at check in was very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again."

"Beautiful little cottage. Exactly as described. Spa bath added a little extra luxury and being greeted by the kookaburras in the morning was delightful. Host was lovely and a delight to communicate with. Our only issue was that we couldn’t get the fireplace going however I'm sure that was on us not the fireplace. "

"Beautiful hotel with a lot of history. I stayed in a room with the bathroom down the hall. I was surprised to find I still had my own bathroom, with a locked door, in what I would call a suite of bathrooms. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful."

"Nostalgia at its best. This is an authentic old inn, so if you are looking for the Marriott this is not for you. Excellent views of the mountains, all the staff were fantastic. Please do yourself a favor and spend some time with Alan, the piano player. Happy hour piano bar, doesn’t get much better. Oh yea, it’s close to all those trails too. "
