Sichtschutz in allen Räumen Fußbodenheizung
 
Die Anreise ist von 15:00 bis 16:30 und die Abreise von 08:00 bis 10:00 möglich.
1 PKW Stellplatz am Haus. Nichtraucherwohnung; inklusive Strom, Wasser und Heizung; keine Haustiere erlaubt.
 
Die oberen Etagen sind auch über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar.
