"Our room was upgraded and they went the extra mile to reserve us a parking space for my disabled wife, which I was surprised they did as its advertised parking is restricted. The bar was having some repair so no draught beers and only bottles which seemed expensive. "

"This hotel is great, and a perfect place for travelers arriving to London late or departing early. As airport hotels go, it’s among the best I’ve stayed at. My only wish is that they improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. It’s not terrible, but if you stay there you’re captive to the dining choices, and I have to believe they can be much better. The bar is great, however."
