A family bathroom is conveniently located on this floor featuring a bath and separate shower. A charming sun porch with seating for two guests and a door to the enclosed garden completes this floor.

Upstairs on the first floor, four inviting bedrooms are presented. With views over the Buttlands, the master bedroom hosts a super-king bed, with a king-size bed in bedroom two, and double beds in the further two bedrooms. These rooms are served by a family bathroom with a bath. For when the sun is shining, there is a barbecue provided outside in the enclosed south facing courtyard garden.

Casamaria benefits from easy access to restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. Two excellent gastropubs, The Crown and The Globe are just a very short walk away. For good coffee and lighter bites, BANG in Wells is approximately five minutes walk away. Bike hire is also nearby at Wells Bike Hire, with e-bikes available to hire from Cockle Bay Hire.
