Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from April through August, and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM from September through December. Please note: pool availability and hours are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA and are not controlled by the management company. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Great little kitchen full of utensils, table to eat, light and air via windows, the bed was comfortable and so were the chairs. The bathroom had two sinks and a roomy shower. Parking was ample and location close to things. And if you have friends in the area, great place to invite over for a meal or to hang in the clubhouse for a game of billiards or a swim. Would definitely stay here again. The one downside was a musty smell, but that tends to happen with places near the ocean as this one is. ##### Scott F. Nice facility. We had hoped we could check in early because we had taken the red eye from California. They said no early check in. We went to the club house and were waiting there. The club house manager called the owner I guess and then they let us in earlier. It was a nice place but the furniture and accessories are old fashion but I knew it was like that from the pictures. It was on the lower level and good for handicapped. The front door has a real high step so I had to open the back door for my husband. It would be great if a ramp was put in at the front door.
