Hosts were very welcoming. We accessed the property using a lockbox as the hosts weren't home, but when they arrived they came and introduced themselves and were very friendly. The accommodation met our needs perfectly and was located handily for a short drive to various attractions in Wellington, as well as the Hutt Valley. The place was very clean and well presented and r greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others (we grabbed a business card on our way out!)

Great Place to Stay

The location was great, near town center and close to grocery stores. The apartment was wonderfully modern with loads of space and large windows. Our Host met us when we arrived and answered all our questions. Wonderful stay!

Really great apartment!

Really great apartment, stylishly equipped and with really light feel due to windows. Only criticism would be the view as it’s in the middle of an an industrial estate, but the quality of the apartment more than compensates for this.

Great Apartment close to Sky Stadium

We needed accommodation while we were in Wellington to exhibit at the Wellington Food Show at Sky Stadium. This apartment genuinely is only minutes away and comes with a covered car park. The apartment is spacious and well appointed with more than everything we needed. When we return we will seek to stay here again.

Lovely apartment

We had an enjoyable two night stay in this well furnished, very clean apartment. It was so nice to have a spot in the carport for our car. Though this apartment, like almost all of Wellington, is up a steep hill it is manageable but be sure to be careful when parking. The washer and dryer worked very well and both front and back porches allowed for extra or air drying if needed, plus of course great outdoor sitting places to watch the sunrise. The apartment has incredible windows with good views. We ended up not turning on the lights much in those big window rooms to enhance privacy. The hosts communicated well and it helps that they live upstairs in case there are any questions or problems. Would recommend this location, especially if you are driving.

A sleek apartment on the city fringe

We were your average group of tired mothers coming to the Capitol to see WOW. This new apartment on the outskirts of the city was ideal for us to enjoy some quiet nights away from the hustle and bustle but a very short car ride later we were back in the city. We also had a car and this was one of the few accommodation options with car parking! Other reviewers have commented on the road noise but it didn't really bother us and the location was very private so it felt like we could escape and relax between our other activities. The lack of blinds did bother us a little, but we weren't at home much during the day and at night there were no neighbours to peep in! I would say that although the accommodation sleeps 4, it only comfortably sleeps 3 single adults as one of the beds is a queen so 2 of the adults need to share if there is a group of 4. It would be ideal for a couple with 2 friends/children. And the studio/bedroom has 2 sets of curtains! haha, we only discovered that on the last night after being woken by the sun through the net curtain! The kitchen has a full oven and dishwasher which is a bonus too. The apartment was SPOTLESSLY clean, the owners are delightful, would definitely stay again x

The host met us to unlock the place & welcome us. There were all the amenities you would need for several days stay in Wellington. The location was a convenient drive for getting to the city CBD & it was easy access to also go to Petone & Hutt areas. The car park on site was very useful but tight to manouvere into. We were surprised that the picture shown of breakfast wasn't of just the cereals, weetbix & instant porridge provided. We struggled to get a consistent connection daily with the apps on the TV (internet problems?)

We loved our stay here! The place had a great atmosphere, even better than the photos could portray. Nice views from the deck. It had everything you could ask for. The hosts Kerry and Suzanne were very welcoming and left a memorable impression. We will definitely be back to stay here next time we’re in Wellington :)

Bright, clean and comfortable apartment with all that's needed for a relaxing stay. Helpful hosts, and a quick drive to everywhere in Wellington. Some nice views across the harbour, and lovely private and leafy balcony off the master bedroom.

Very nice apartment in a close proximity to Wellington ferry Terminal. Hosts Kerry & Suzanne are very nice & are prompt with all communications. The apartment itself is located on the 1st floor with access via stairs for the onsite parking area. Offering open plan living, kitchen & dining opening onto a large external balcony with harbour views. The apartment is clean and well equipped with a central bathroom. Master bedroom has triple built ins and a very comfortable bed. The 2nd bedroom is an office conversion and offers a king single bed with a small desk. There is no storage offered in this 2nd space.
