  • This beautifully-appointed 4BR air conditioned home near multiple beaches features an open design, two story living room with fireplace, master suite, three bedrooms upstairs, sun room on the first floor rear and outside deck. This tastefully decorated Cape vacation home is newly painted and furnished. Ready for your family.

    The kitchen, dining and living room have an open concept with access to a deck with outside furniture in a peaceful wooded setting. The living room has comfortable seating, flat screen TV and a fireplace. The living room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a breakfast bar. There is a slider from the living room to the deck. Sliders from the dining area lead to a lovely sun room. This room is the perfect spot for enjoying great books, fun games, and or an afternoon nap! The large deck with outdoor furniture has lovely views of the woods. Grill outside on the gas grill or enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower.

    The master bedroom, with en suite bath, has a queen sized bed. Upstairs two rooms have a queen bed. The other bedroom has 2 twins beds. All share a full bathroom.

    Comforts include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, enclosed outdoor shower, deck and gas grill. Home filled with books, puzzles and games for all ages. Pack n play included.

Superb home !!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Exceeded our expectations all around. We traveled with 6 adults and have more than enough space to spread. The host was very helpful and communication was excellent. The house had everything you could ever want in a home and then some. Decorated so beautifully! Would absolutely stay again on a vacation and highly recommend to others. Location was perfect - 20 minutes to Provincetown! We’re thrilled that we picked this beautiful home to spend our week vacation!!

Perfect house for families

When we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful welcome gift and cabinets stocked with basic needs such as coffee and paper goods. The master bedroom and en suite bathroom gave us privacy from our kids and grandkids, all of who were thrilled by the huge tv, games, toys and books. Two of us needed to work remotely for a couple of days so the room in the back provided a comfortable, soundproof temporary office. The house is close to Indian Neck Beach, a great place to watch sunsets. Highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic Wellfleet House

My family and I just stayed at this house for a week and loved it. As other reviews mentioned, it has most of the things you need for a Cape Cod vacation including a lobster pot and nice set of claw crackers, as well as other kitchen equipment. The rooms are all really comfortable with newer mattresses and pillows and nice quilts for the beds. The upstairs bathroom was a little tight for all of us staying upstairs, but we made it work and made use of the outdoor shower when everyone wanted to shower after the beach. The location is great and it was easy to walk down to the bay from the house. And Casey and her family were terrific hosts. The AC actually stopped working one evening and I texted Casey at 9:30pm. She drove down to oversee the repair the next day and I think it was fixed by noon. We appreciated it so much because it was super hot when we were there and the AC was great to have. All in all, a fantastic rental on the Cape with a responsive and kind host. We are definitely going to consider staying again next year.

Excellent vacation at a great property!

We had a fabulous vacation and a big part of it was the property. The house was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. The beach, Wellfleet center, and Rt. 6 are all just minutes away. There were also many small touches that were above and beyond what we’d expect (beach chairs, TV/sound system, a baby gate for our young daughter, etc.). We would definitely rent again.

Great Wellfleet home!

This property has all you need for a relaxing Cape vacation. The house is well laid out for two families vacationing together, with great bedrooms and a really comfortable living space. It has great amenities - from board games, to books, and all the kitchen stuff!!! Outdoor shower was a plus! The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice!

Gorgeous home in a wonderful location

We highly recommend this beautiful and well-equipped home. Just minutes by car from Wellfleet shops in one direction and from Indian Neck Beach in the other direction. The home is spacious, bright and comfortable - perfectly equipped for family dinners around the large dining table. Our family particularly enjoyed relaxing in the delightful sunroom and lounging on the patio and deck. The kitchen is so well outfitted with everything you need and we enjoyed cooking delicious family meals every day. The perfect spot for a family or group of friends to truly enjoy the peaceful relaxation of the outer Cape.
