Eastham home near the water & bike path; large screened in porch - Pet Friendly

  • Minutes to the bay beaches, ocean and Cape Cod rail trail (bicycle path) our contemporary home includes 12 sky lights that allow the sun to stream in. The open floor plan gives this 2,000+ square foot home an even larger feel. There is a cathedral ceiling family room and sun room and the wrap around mahogany deck is perfect for relaxation after a hard day at the beach. The 16 x 16 screened in porch with cathedral ceiling and skylights is perfect for your morning coffee, dinner or just relaxing with a book. Full house air conditioning installed in 2026. The lot is over a half acre and the adjoining lots are large so there is a strong sense of privacy. The house is on a cul-de-sac street so there is very little auto activity. Come and get away from it all! We are also pet friendly.
