About this property

Winter Paradise on the St. Johns River w/deep water boat slip

  • Bring your boat and enjoy all that the St. Johns River has to offer..... from fishing, boating, natural springs, and natural forests. Welaka is home to some of the best large-mouth bass fishing in the world. Condo has recently been remodeled and has a beachy vibe. Both bedrooms are Separate Suites for privacy. Both bedrooms have 50" TV's, the living room has 60" TVs. The sitting room has a 70" TV. Sonos speakers are through out the condo and Alexa is in both bedrooms. There is a large pool with plenty of room for relaxation that over looks the St. Johns River. The boat slip will accommodate up to a 25ft boat.
