Lovely condo! Spacious and clean, thoughtful amenities. It was quiet during our stay, not busy at all. Walking the neighborhood and the beach was great. Saw St Augustine lit up for Christmas and Ostein’s shrimp is the very best.

Excellent accommodations close to the beach with a great view

Our trip was outstanding. My mom, my 2 sisters and my Aunt thoroughly enjoy the place. It is close to the beach, pools and hot tube. The view off of the back porch is beautiful and there are so many things to do in this area. This time of year was quiet which was perfect to get away after the busy holiday season. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This condo unit is excellent for families. The layout of the bedrooms works great with kids. The owner has given great attention to detail to enhance the experience of the guest. The unit is convenient to the all the amenities in the community.

Neighborhood was super quiet, at times we had the pool to ourselves and when we didn't it was only a few people. Very clean and spacious. Great to have one parking spot under the building in the shade, plenty of additional parking for our 2nd vehicle. Could have used few more "creature comforts". TP was cheapo one ply sandpaper and bedding was extremely thin with no extra blankets to be found. I understand not wanting to wash big heavy blankets so my my suggestion to visitors is to bring extra if you like cozy bedding or lounging on the couch.

Beautiful and quiet area. Traveled with family and kids. Some really good local food places. Property is well maintained and clean. Felt safe as it is a gated community. The pools are about 2 walking blocks away. 1 is geared for kids and families. The other is more for adults. There is beach access between other buildings so you can access the beach even after the pool areas are closed. Everyone we met was very nice and willing to answer any questions we had. Communication with property owner was excellent! The only “bad” thing I have to say is I wish the pool stayed open past 8pm. There is a book in the condo with information about the property and nearby grocery and dining. It may be a good idea to add the website for beach equipment rental as we only knew about it because there was a sign posted at the bottom of the steps of the main beach entrance. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and I do recommend this place to anyone who is looking!

Gorgeous Place

This place is beautiful, it is quite and even though it might be hot the breeze on the balcony is always cool and enjoyable. The pools are really nice where you can get drinks and food. The host Phil is the best host we have had renting VRBO's. I give our stay 20 out of 10!!!!
