"Overall, this hotel did not meet the quality I expect from Wyndham. Check-in was smooth, and the desk clerk was friendly, but issues began as soon as we reached our floor, where we noticed stained hallway carpets. Our initial room had outdated furniture, including an old refrigerator and sofa, and the bed appeared smaller than the queen we booked. The A/C lights were on but produced no air, leaving the room stuffy. When I called the front desk, the clerk insisted it was working and said no maintenance staff were available, so we had to request a room change. The second room had slightly better furnishings, but the bed was still not a queen—clearly a full size. We were also missing an ironing board, and the safe did not work. The front desk told us there were no larger beds and that none of the safes functioned. An ironing board was eventually left outside our door. Additional issues included a coffee maker missing essential parts, limited bathroom supplies, a difficult-to-open drawer, and a toilet that often-required multiple flushes. At one point, we had to use water from the tub to get it to work properly. We also noticed a kitchen cabinet separating from the wall. Breakfast lacked variety and included no protein options like eggs or meat. While most staff were friendly, tipping was confusing, as housekeeping does not accept cash and instead uses a QR code that was not clearly communicated."

"Check in was great. I asked for first floor room near an exit door because I would be leaving at 2am to continue driving back to Boston, after arriving in West Palm Beach airport same day. Room very nice, large, clean, and building was guiet. Restaurants nearby, and easy off/on to I-95. Been to many Hampton Inn locations, this location was great."

"Everything was very nice. Staff, super friendly and the Hotel was clean. The only reason I did not give a 5star is, in the pictures online of the accessible room, the beds were on wheels. I was excited because I was traveling with my 41 year old son in a wheelchair. I also travel with a Hoyer lift to lift him in and out of bed. The lift legs go under the bed…so with the bed on wheels would allow that. But, the actual bed was sitting on a platform..|made it very difficult to put him in bed and even more difficult to get him up. Would be nice if handicapped rooms would have beds on wheels to allow the common Hoyer lift to function for those first needing that assistance."

"Place was great. Nice location, no surprises based on the pictures. VRBO hadn’t updated the arrival time per the owners request so I was going by what was on the reservation which was an hour off. Owner had recently started a new job with his hands full so I’ll assume that’s why there was no communication until I reached out to get check in details and there were none, the apartment was unlocked and they keys were left inside for us. If you’re ok without any handholding this is a great place! We will use it again if we return to Palm Coast. "

"parking lot had trash in it the first room smelled like a bunch of wet dogs were in there and I went down to change rooms. The second room also smelled of dog but not as bad, even the beds smelled of wet dog. Tha AC unit was so noisy. All in all the place looked like it was still in the 80"s. The staff was GREAT but the property needs a BIG upgrade."

"The pools were nice. We were in the South Tower which was a long walk to main pool. We did not like that you needed to go through the parking garage anytime you want to go somewhere on the property. We stayed in a 3 bed, 4 bath luxury suite. Very spacious but the unit needed some updating. Dishwasher blade appeared to be broken so we didn’t even try to use. Oven door was hard to open. Ice maker was frozen over and we fixed ourselves. The property was beautiful, beach was nice. We all had a great time and would definitely return. "
