Modern vacation apartment 5 pers. with sauna, balcony and e-charging station

Newly built apartment in the countryside in a quiet location. (Completion in January 2016) .The new apartment is located in the 1. Floor.

From the living-dining area and the kitchen you have access to the large balcony, which lies on the south side. The balcony is equipped with a table set and 2 sun loungers. At breakfast in the dining area or in the summer on the balcony you can already enjoy the beautiful view and peace.

Through the large windows of light-flooded living-dining area is very bright and pleasant. For sufficient shading or darkening, pleated blinds and curtains are available.

You can spend your vacation with up to 6 people in our modern furnished apartment. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one closet each. Two additional persons (adults included) have space on the pull-out sofa 2 m x 1.50 m.

Fully equipped kitchen with pad machine, toaster, kettle, oven and fridge-freezer. In the living room is a flat screen TV, a stereo and the pull-out sofa. There are two extra mattresses that you can put on the sofa to increase your sleeping comfort. The bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower with rain shower.
Also in the bathroom is a sauna, towels for the sauna are available.
A little wellness oasis.
For further recovery and well-being, a practice for cranio-sacral therapy and APM according to Penzel is in the same house. If interested, please inquire a few weeks in advance.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning products are available. The living area is particularly cozy with LED lighting and background lighting in the evening. Holidays in the countryside with great environment for hiking and cycling. Garden, barbecue and open hearth available, as well as a ping-pong table.

The Franconian Lake District, the romantic old town of Dinkelsbühl, the Roman Park Ruffenhofen and the Hesselberg with its great view is just a small selection of what to see and do here. All destinations can be reached in 5 to 20 minutes by car. In our village there is a very idyllic Badeweiher (800 meters) and a children's playground (50 meters) away.
