"Fantastic small boutique hotel. Our room was amazing: large, lots of windows, mini kitchen and the best sleep we’ve had in the last 10 nights. Staff were fantastic, breakfast was amazing. We parked for free just outside the city walls at a free parking lot and walked about 5 minutes in. Beautiful town, highly recommend this as a place to visit and hotel to stay at."

"We stayed in the historical building which was really wonderful. I loved being able to open up all the window to look out at the church, down at the main platz and down the street at the colorful row of buildings. Location was absolutely perfect. Dinkelsbuhl is a fantastic place to spend a few days. Be advised that this property is directly across from the church and the bells do ring every morning at 6am for about 5 minutes. We stayed room only and our expectations were exceeded. The communal kitchenette room was excellent as we were able to make fresh drinks and have access to a range of chilled beverages at fair prices. Ideal if you are a late arrival or hadn’t had a chance to pick up anything.
The location was great as it was nice and quiet and a 1km good walk into town, welcome after a long drive.
The host is a lovely gent and very welcoming.
100% recommendation.

Hotel was very stylish in the centre of dinkelsbuhl. Rooms are very spacious. The only issue with the hotel is lack of parking but it is the same for most hotels in the town centre. If you want and parking spot phone before you arrive to get an allocated space.

Amazing, atmospheric place. Beautifully laid out to keep the feel of a fortified manor.
My only disappointment was the bed. My room had two singles pushed together, which is fairly normal in Germany. However these were two narrow wooden beds, with the frames higher than the mattress. Whilst the style was in keeping with the room, the actual sleeping space was limited, and I kept kicking the frame during the night. Mattress was comfortable though.
