"Hotel needs updating… It feels very tired. My room was what looked like an old dilapidated shed in the back of the hotel. Room was as clean as possible… But rug looked ancient, side table was put together with plywood and a white tablecloth. Three very large dining rooms with absolutely nobody in them. Would not recommend staying here."

We had the small plates for dinner because the restaurant was booked full but our small plate dishes were excellent. Quite frankly I would have the small plates for dinner rather than a full dinner. "This hotel is in a very pretty setting, just steps from the shops and restaurants of Pitlochry. We stayed in the junior suite with two bedrooms which was perfect. It was modern and very clean. We had nice views across the hills and the town. The breakfast was adequate but could have had more variety. The staff were very friendly and accommodating."
