Beautiful setting. Hotel has been modernised internally and the large spacious bedroom was well presented and clean. The bathroom was ginormous and the large Victorian style bath very welcoming after a day on the hills. The pool area was excellent and barely used during our visit. Can thoroughly recommend and we intend to return.

Very welcoming staff, lovely setting and food

Firstly, the hotel is very good and the staff are friendly. The biggest down side is the Spa, which doesn't quite live up to the 5 star experience. The Spa is clean, and its staff are friendly and knowledgable, however, the change rooms are tiny and the pool lacks atmosphere.

The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel overall. Bedroom, front enterance etc. Good variety of continental breakfast and cooked breakfast. The front grass were the group of tables are could do with a cut and one of the wooden small tables need checking as it tipped forward and our drinks fell on the grass. But, was nothing to faukt the hotel but front garden needs some attention

This was the perfect getaway for me. Situated approx. 5 minutes from the Main Street surrounded by beautiful countryside and tranquility. I loved every minute of my stay as a solo traveller I felt very safe and looked after by the amazing staff. Deluxe room was perfect for my needs, very spacious with a lovely deep bath and separate walk-in shower. The bed was massive and one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. This is a really nice hotel. Public areas are bright and welcoming whilst the suite offered, Schiehallion, was spacious and comfortable. Staff were obliging and friendly and the experience overall with regards the accommodation was very positive. The experience in the restaurant was less impressive but not altogether negative. A modest uptick in experienced staff would assist some I sense. Would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was well presented and delicious . The room was spotless, bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfy beds, lovely view from top-floor bedroom. Tasty breakfast of whatever we wanted. Hostess was great company and even kindly dropped us off at an event venue to pick up our car.

Brilliant stay at The Tower, would highly recommend. Check in was easy and the gentleman who checked me in showed me to my room, offered to take my bags, and explained everything in detail. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and well furnished. The shower was user friendly but took a little while to run hot. The meals were superb. It would have been a little difficult for an elderly person to have walked into the town and back as the hotel was located up a fairly steep hill, otherwise there there were no drawbacks and it's relative isolation from the town meant it was in a very quiet location. All in all an excellent experience.

Visited Birchwood Pitlochry for a cycle sportive. The hosts were very friendly, 5am breakfast made available for participants in the sportive. Birchwood Pitlochry is a fantastic place to stay, close to the town centre and a walking distance to the town centre.
