Wasn’t sure what to expect when we turned up. Have to say it was top notch. The beds so comfy, the shower excellent. Staff were all really attentive and the food (we had breakfast and dinner) really fantastic (and multiple options). On top of that the bar, live music, sports bar and location to easily get the bus in to the city were all a wonderful experience

The only negative which was rectified as soon as I complained (although it should have been communicated in advance as we stayed two weeks and it was during an expensive period). There were lengthy building works being carried out while we were there and we booked a high floor balcony room with a view obviously to enjoy that aspect. There were...
