The whole property was well maintained and cleaned. The host was extremely responsive. The property itself felt very remote while still being very accessible to the town.

The place is a little paradise. Nestled back in a beautiful little forest with a fire pit, grill and wrap around deck if is the ideal setting for relaxation. The interior virtually hugs you it is so cozy. Cathy and Lee are amazing hosts and make you feel like family. I’ve traveled all over the world and who knew I would find such an amazing little place in my old hometown of Waxahachie.

Very comfortable and cozy.Cathy was quick to respond to questions and the location was perfect. You feel secluded even though it's in a neighborhood and just 10 minutes to town! Downtown Waxahachie is full of history, antiques, cute boutiques, and amazing places to eat. We loved it!

The Yurt was amazing!!! Glamping out in the woods with the windows open listening to the roosters crowing, cows mooing and being able to pet a local dog is so muchbetter then staying in a stuffy hotel room.

Great place to stay. Owner was very responsive to a couple questions we had while there. My own dumb fault for not reading thoroughly but Cathy was accomodating. Yurt in the woods was amazing. May plan another trip later on or check out the silo
