"Expedia…. I accidentally put the wrong dates in for my stay, and I only realised once I’d booked, basically the wrong month..
When I tried to amend it they wouldn’t, they told me to cancel my booking (with no refund) and re book..
so I never actually stayed and the hotel got paid tegardless"

Single glazed so it was so noisy and the actual window frames were rotten so there were massive gaps in the window. I tried pugging the hoes with tissue but it did little good!
The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was average at best. The bed itself was comfortable and clean "
"Convenient location for the city centre. Extremely clean hotel, welcoming and friendly staff, excellent cooked breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room, with doors open to the spring garden. The building is old, the stairs to the room were a bit awkward, nevertheless, overall an excellent experience. "
