Beach Condo Pelican 26

  • Pelican 26 is a split-level condo with ground floor entry and views of the ocean and Pajaro River from the living room and master bedroom. Upon entry, you are welcomed into the main floor of the house with kitchen, living room, dining, queen bedroom, and half bathroom. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with master bathroom, another bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom in the hall. For a condo, there is a large water-facing deck just outside the living room equipped with deck furniture.
    Please note: There is no barbecue in this unit. They are not allowed in the Pelican point buildings.
