My wife and I had a great stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect with a short walk to Watkins Glen State Park and all the shops and restaurants.

For those who like to hike the hotel is near Watkins Glen State. The hotel has an ice cream parlor it has a pleasant atmosphere . Contactless check in. Excellent communication.

Great location, okay room. Pretty clean but some maintenance issues (for example, outlet/switchplate next to bathroom sink wasn’t anchored and pulled out when unplugging hair dryer, only heat source was an electric radiator). Tiny shower, comfortable bed.

We love the place! It was so cute and cozy our stay at Watkins. The ice cream was amazing! It also walkable to go to Seneca Lake and the state park!

Self check-in process is a bit confusing and staffer present when we checked in was not very helpful or supportive. Room was okay and beds were old and hard! No local tv stations to watch so you need to stream your own apps to watche tv. Location of property was the best part. Very central to Watkins Glens attractions and food.

I don't know the surrounding circumstances, but check in is DIFFICULT. There is no breakfast included. There is nothing special or fancy at all about the room. Wifi did not work. The mattress is low in the middle. We were a bit "under-whelmed" but it was sufficient and clean.

This was a cute Inn right down the street from Watkins Glenn State park. The room was very clean and updated. There is and ice cream shop right inside the Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very busy place. We got there early and they allowed us to park our car there so we could walk down to the state park. I would recommend this Inn . We were there for one night .

The location downtown & close to shopping, the lake, & the entrance to Watkins Glen gorge trail was outstanding. A QR code check in was not expected but the female employee working the creamery stepped up to help me with the process. There was no one working a front desk & no elevator. The parking spaces were extra small & cars parked over lines taking up 2 spaces. Young people were loud up until around 1am making sleep difficult. The room was clean & bed comfortable.

I was very concerned booking this hotel after reading some reviews but it worked out well. The room we had has been remodeled and is nice for a simple sleep and shower stay. It’s not fancy or decorated but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is so convenient and everything is walkable. The ice cream is good.

for a one-night stay, very acceptable. very small TV - but really just needed a place to sleep after a full day at the Glen. Clean room, parking was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. no frills - the price was very reasonable with our travels through the area.

Outstanding location. Just cannot be beat. Generally clean for the obvious things like floors but the second level cleaning really hurts, like window casings haven’t been touched in a very long time, and they don’t stay open unless you prop them up with a shoe or book. Very bare basic room. Bathroom was pretty good tho Wifi—we were not given a code and therefore could not access it. Seems strange. Or is it even there?

The location was fantastic! Walkable to the gorge trail and Seneca Lake. The front porch rocking chairs were enjoyable. The room was clean and roomy with a nice desk with a chair. A bench for luggage or sitting and a corner chair for relaxing. We could have used clean towels on day 2 and the mattress was super soft…we prefer a bit more of a firm bed! The wood fire pizza was closed during our stay - only open Thursday to Sunday. The ice cream was yummy.

The room was clean and neat. It was also exceedingly small. There was no place to even hang up any clothes. I also kept knocking my shin on the bottom leg of the bed because there was so little room around it. The bathroom was amazing. The contactless check in was a pain in the rear. There was no check in desk let alone a person to provide service.

No closet, broken bathroom fixtures, a towel over the bathroom window for a blind, blood on the mattress, terribly loud air conditioner with duct tape around it. Bare walls. Just minimum lodging in a pinch. The photos in their Expedia page were quite deceptive. The location was Convenient, and the ice cream was good.
