"This was a cute Inn right down the street from Watkins Glenn State park. The room was very clean and updated. There is and ice cream shop right inside the Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very busy place. We got there early and they allowed us to park our car there so we could walk down to the state park. I would recommend this Inn . We were there for one night ."

"cute house, has 3 separate sleeping rooms, 2 bedrooms, great location, very close to the Watkins Glen Park entrance, walking distance, also walking distance to marina, short drive to beach and supermarket, walking distance to local restaurants. I enjoyed the stay."

"Excellent with a couple caveats…Ann and Dan were very responsive and acknowledged any requests or questions we had. The condo is spotless and has the basic necessities and ample parking including the garage. It is a great location. We enjoyed its proximity to town and the beautiful view of Seneca Lake. Drawbacks for us were:-the road noise when sleeping in the upstairs bedroom. The other two bedrooms were perfect regarding noise. -the three sets of stairs to navigate between the entrance, bedrooms and common living area. (This is because we were two couples in our 60s and 70s.)"
