"I was very concerned booking this hotel after reading some reviews but it worked out well. The room we had has been remodeled and is nice for a simple sleep and shower stay. It’s not fancy or decorated but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is so convenient and everything is walkable. The ice cream is good."

"It was a very good place to stay for a dog owner. The grounds were big enough and well maintained for a short walk. As a motel, you'll have your own entrance so there was no hall to walk through. Great, because my dog barks at noises in hall entrances. The pool was really nice and clean. It closes late enough to still enjoy in the evening. Relaxing seating outside. The staff was cool. They even lent us a corkscrew! It is not fancy in any way. But, it's clean and met my needs. Just a good place to stay if you're self sufficient."

"Enjoyed our stay but the well water was hard to get use to. The maintenance person came by and she adjusted something and it got better. The location is beautiful. Saw dear and lots of birds on the property. Plus, it was only minutes from Watkins Glen."

"This is our second time renting this property. It’s very comfortable and always clean. Super convenient location to Watkins Glen race track and so many wineries! The host graciously left us wine to enjoy! I was never sent instructions to access the place and had to call twice to get the actual code. Not super fond of talking to AI agents but we made it work. Highly recommend the property otherwise!"

"James was very quick to answer any questions I had. The house was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. It's only 5 minutes from Watkins Glen village which is great. The A/C is 2 window units, one in the kitchen and the back bedroom but with the open design the house was cool. We will definitely stay again when we come back."
