The beds and pillows were so comfy and the toiletries were ESPA, which are gorgeous. The breakfast was plentiful.and tasty. And it was easy to book the pool, which was controlled and not too busy at any one time. "

"Excellent room with river view and lots of space. Good room service and staff generally efficient and friendly. Ate at the rooftop bar and on the terrace beside the river and both were excellent. Downside is that there is nowhere easily accessible on foot from the hotel. "
