"Really nice staff, very welcoming it’s looking a little tired now in communal areas and bathroom but lovely grounds to walk around. Unfortunately our evening meal came out cold and then came back microwaved after sending it back."

"Nice hotel with an impressive staircase. But our standard room did not have much room when walking around the bed. Bathroom was pleasant and clean and we had a quiet room. However, the sloping floor in our room 134 caused comfort issues on one side of the bed - which is not good for anyone with back/posture issues. Apart from that we liked the hotel. "

"Just had five nights at Best Western Princes Marine. There is limited free parking so it's a first come basis. Reception was friendly, warm and welcoming. There's a large lift to all floors. My room was a good size with a king sized bed, the room was comfortable and well appointed, as was the bathroom. Breakfast has a great selection to choose from. It's the kind of place I like as staff hover in the background rather than being overly present. This is the sort of hotel that would suit singles, couples, family's. There is disabled access in and around the hotel. I highly recommend their restaurant Chilli & Mango which is also open to non-patrons. I wouldn't hesitate to come back on my next visit."

"I loved the sitting room which had very interesting historical references. The bedroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. I took a drink from the Tap bar into the sitting room and relaxed after a busy day. I would definitely stay here again and will pass it on to anyone I know who wants to visit Arundel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming."

"Spa was amazing, I had a back massage which was so nice. The rooms could do with a bit of a touch up as some of the decor is bit tired now. Also Air conditioning would be a benefit we did have a fan but the room was so hot."
