  • Cozy coastal living located within walking distance to the beach. Minutes drive to Harkness Park, Waterford Beach, Niantic Main Street and downtown Mystic where there are many restaurants to choose from. We are also 30 minutes from Mohegan Sun Casino. You can relax after a day at the beach on an expansive deck over looking a beautiful yard. When the sun goes down, sit by the fire pit and make s’mores after grilling dinner on the Weber Grill.
