But the way things were handled were the opposite. Hotel was comfortable and staff was friendly/helpful. Location was great in Noma close to Union Market and a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. The Metro stop being so close was also really great, we took the train all over the city. Parking is pricey on-site so we parked at a lot a couple blocks away on M street. Our son loved the pool, but the hot tub never really got hot, more of a warm tub. Overall the hotel was nice, it could use a little updating/deep cleaning but overall was great for our stay.
