"The rooms definitely need renovations.
The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night.
The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride.
The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple.
Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

"This place is next level. Bath robes and sandals. Heaven.
Just reading the amenities list sounds like a mini theme park. And it delivers!!! The pools are by far the best attraction in the summer. Indoor or outdoor, you can take your pick. But so tranquil and relaxing. And a pool that has a cave with a jacuzzi on top is not over exaggerating.

Nestled in the Arlberg region, this charming mountain village offers spectacular skiing in winter and scenic hiking trails in summer. Ride the Warth-Schröcken cable cars for panoramic Alpine views or explore the historic St. Sebastian's Church with its distinctive onion dome.
A great hotel, that combines new, well designed family rooms, with good old Austrian service and hospitality. Ski-in, ski-out location makes it very accessible for the slopes that now inter-connect with Lech.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. If there was a word that is above perfect, we would use it! Beautiful surroundings, big rooms, clean, a wide choice of amenities that you struggle to make a choice, friendly staff. A short review does not give this hotel justice. Easily one of the best I have ever stayed at, and you get to use the cable cars and busses for free too! This is the hotel for you if you love the countryside, mountains, and adventure, but also value comfort and style.

The previous outstanding reviews were not wrong. I have been fortunate to stay in many international hotels and this ranks up at the top. I am not easy to please and I was blown away.
The personal attention upon arrival continued throughout the stay. What really makes the place is the quality of the service and the friendliness of the team. A particular call out for Melissa who was attentive and helpful at all times.
