It’s our tenth time at this hotel but by far it was the worst of all. We asked the staff to prepare a birthday message for our child, as they had done so before, but they ignored our request. Honestly year by year it’s getting g worse. Last year the staff forgot we ordered a birthday cake and we had to wait for it. This year, we skipped the cake as it was a disappointment last year and asked for a card, we got nothing.

Hotel położony w ładnej okolicy jest cicho i sympatycznie .Łóżka ku mojemu zaskoczeniu bardzo wygodne. Restauracja hotelowa serwuje bardzo smaczne posiłki. Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to brak gniazdek do ładowania telefonów w pokojach. To powinien być standard. Poza tym wszystko było ok. Polecam

Pas au niveau pour moi

Séjour plutôt moyen dans l'établissement en ce qui me concerne. Dommage car la chambre était plutôt agréable, spacieuse et elle était propre. En revanche j'ai dîné sur place et le repas était vraiment quelconque et plutôt cher au regard de ce que j'ai eu dans l'assiette. Si on passe sur la fiesta qui a animé l'hôtel de musiques endiablées jusque tard dans la soirée c'était pas trop mal 😉. Par contre la jeune fille qui m'a couru après au moment du petit-déjeuner pour me demander de régler mon repas (comme à un voleur) aurait pu avoir des manières un peu plus délicates et par exemple m'indiquer qu'il n'était pas inclus avec ma chambre et appeler la réception pour le faire ajouter à ma note puisque mon check out n'était pas encore fait! Clairement pas aux standards qu'ils voudraient se donner en terme de service clients...

Niedługo do Was przyjedziemy ponownie ;)

Witam. Super miejsce. Bardzo ladnie i schludnie ozdobiony hotel, korytarze, o pokojach juz nie musze mowic bo po prostu pokoje są urządzone mega praktycznie i przyjemnie. Na parterze super basen, jacuzzi oraz nie duża siłownia z ktorych mozna korzystać bezpłatnie do godziny 22:00. Mozna poprosic o szlafroki do pokoju natomiast dodatkowe ręczniki dostepne na kameralnej recepcji na basenie. Basen nie jest bardzo głęboki także na basenie mogą również bawić sie dzieci oczywiscie pod opieką osoby dorosłej. Wielki pieknie urządzony głowny hol z przeszklonymi windami do pięter z pokojami... korytarze do pokoji elegancko wykonczone w ciemnej kolorystyce (Wenge). Na zewnątrz wielki plac zabaw... natomast wieczorem wszysztko slicznie oświetlone. Dostep do kortow tenisowych, placu do golfa... jezeli lubisz biegać to jest gdzie... kompleks polozony w otoczeniu pięknych lasów... nieopodal Lidl, Pepco, Apteka... Jesli chodzi o dodatkowo platne sniadania... nie dość ze bardzo smaczne, to porcje (zestawy) były tak wielkie ze najedlismy sie na cały dzień ;) Internety bezplatne... szybki transfer... Niedlugo odwiedzimy to miejsce ponownie bo wypoczynek... choć krótki był rewelacyjny. Pozdrawiamy. Gosia i Marcin.
