Up one flight of stairs, no lift. The staff was fine, but the Internet connection was not good. No connection in the room and it was necessary to sit close to the modem to get a connection. When I arrived after dark the kitchen had considerable dirty dishes in the sink.....this I attribute to the guests, but not very pleasant. Stayed two nights and cleaning in the morning was fine.
