"It is really close to the city centre, gay village and picadilly. The staff are really friendly. The interior design was cute for signature room we got, we upgraded with just £10. I thought that was a real good cheap price for an upgrade. I wish they could of used better washing power or liquid for covers and towels cos the smell. It wasnt a bad smell but it defo wasnt the best either. The bed and pillow is not comfertable for light sleeper but it is decent. And last the heater was not working at all. They did offer for change our rooms though which was nice."

"At a mere 5 minute walk from the station and skywalks to the airport terminals this hotel is very well located. The price I got for the room was an absolute bargain. Everything was perfect, there can be a small queue at reception but once served the access to the room is straightforward. I was surprised by how spacious the room and bathroom was, I had been given the disabled room for some reason but everything was spotless and the facilities were easy to use. Would definitely stay here again if I have an early morning flight at the airport."
