An absolutely stunning period property in an enclosed setting. Couldn't ask for a warmer welcome on arrival, and immediately made to feel that no request was an inconvenience. Such courteous and attentive staff. A great stay for my Dad & I whilst at the nearby motor racing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue to others.

The hotel has a wonderful ambience , probably created by the staff who are extremely helpful and friendly, as well as hard working. The cleanliness and efficiency is created by this commitment shown by the personell

Great value for money. Excellent breakfast just no uncooked option ie fruit ,cereal or yoghurt. Quiet at night. Brilliant staff. Room a bit tired ours could have done with a refresh.

It felt like luxury being able to go for a swim and a sauna. Lovely room

Nice and easy check in. Rooms are nice, comfy beds. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent, will stay again

This was better and cheaper than a boring Premier Inn. I would recommend it for anyone that wants a change from the Purple Palace. Free parking near to the entrance. The food was nice at the restaurant, and the staff are lovely. The room was nice and big. Like most places, the drinks are quite expensive, £3 for a medium sized lemonade. £5.50 for a pint of lager.

Very relaxing stay. I was visiting friends for a surprise party. Very friendly receptionist, most welcoming.

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Upon entering the Beautifully decorated lobby I was given key cards by the lovely clerks at the front desk, key cards which you need to enter the hotel itself and use...

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Quick check in, comfy and clean rooms and loved that breakfast started at 3am as our flight was 6am
