"I Wanted to cancel but they wouldnt give me a refund. So i still toke my trip due to i couldn't get a refund. So when i arrived they never asigned me a room and they were at full capacity. I waited for a hour for them to figure out how they could get me in a room."

"We stayed in the suite and it wasn't cleaned very well. There was hair in the shower and on the toliet, also trash on the balcony no garbage can in the sink. Went to shower and the bottles were empty. The pull out bed seen better days and my kid wouldn't sleep on it and ended up giving up a side ..."

"Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was not clean and the bathroom was dirty as well. There were holes in the wall of the bathroom where the hairdryer usually is mounted. The breakfast was terrible so we stopped to eat breakfast at a fast food place. Not sure how this property had such good ..."
