I booked this hotel for myself and my two teenage children (16 and 13) as a treat for my 16 year old passing GCSE with great grades. She wanted to visit Anne Frank House and Van Gogh Museum and my youngest wanted a hotel with a swimming pool. I wanted to be in a quieter area with good food, lovely scenery, good sized rooms and a bar. This hotel ticked everything! The bus stop outside the hotel takes you directly to Amsterdam Central to do the touristy bits (don't pay for a cab from the...

This hotel is lovely and the staff is so welcoming. We had a lovely stay, I also really appreciated they packed an early breakfast for me as I needed to leave way before the start time. The town is beautiful and this is a perfect location

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive.
They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Small details in the room always matter, snacks in the fridge, coffe for your morning, conditioner, shampoo and bodywash from local premises are just a sparkling inside of my room. 10/10 in cleanliness. The hotel might not be located centrally in Amsterdam but it has excellent links to the city centre. The tram stop is really close to the hotel and the two lines take you either to the city centre (Centraal station) or does a loop around the edges of the centre past the museum District. The staff at the hotel were excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them. Although the Hampton is Hilton's 'budget' brand you wouldn't know it from staying at this hotel. Highly recommended and if we return...

Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location. Beautiful interiors, welcoming and friendly staff. Drinks and snacks in the blue room are a nice perk before and after a long day of business or sightseeing. Only downside of this is it seems the word is out about this gem and booking well in advance is now essential, I had to stay elsewhere for half of my recent...

This hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The lobby area is very lively. It did seem like it was far from the main tourist attractions but as we stayed when the shuttle was working it was fine and it drops you right by the ferry and the ferry drops you in a central area. It was also very convenient that we could purchase tickets for entry into museums etc at reception. If you have a car there are a number of restaurants close...

Lovely hotel in a superb position. We booked a deluxe room and were located on the 5th floor overlooking the river. We had a super size balcony. The room was just perfect and the bed and pillows made for a very relaxing and comfortable sleep. The bathroom was a fantastic size with all the amenities .. full size bath and walk-in shower .. double sinks etc and the towels were extra large. The overall vibe of the hotel is excellent. The room we stayed in was big considering we got the comfort room. The bathroom was lovely, large comfy bed, windows overlooking a quiet street. The location of the hotel is fantastic, about a 3 minute walk to dam square and centrally located to everything. The service at reception was good, they were very accommodating. I also really appreciated the capability to message reception with additional requests via WhatsApp. My only slight issue was the...

We came to stay for 3 nights for a short break. Amazing from start to finish. Lovely receptionist and very helpful in terms of where we should visit etc. We even had a little treat left by Samira which was really appreciated - she was very helpful also! Deposit for the room returned swiftly after our stay! Not a busy location but easy transport into Central Amsterdam - took 6 minutes on the train which is a regular service! Would 10000% recommend and if we return this will be where we go.

5 stars!!!!!!!
From the moment we went in…… it amazed us. The building. Then, all staff members were so so nice, especially the first lady who checked us in. We asked for a quiet room and thats what she gave us - very comfortable beds and QUIET❤️❤️🤍
The only noise was when the kind maids were cleaning in the evening but no problem with that..and some people slamming their doors in the evening which is so so bad. There was some dust around the bathroom which i wish wasn’t there but...
