There is no AC, no sufficient lighting, no kettle, no tea cups in the room. I think there should be in a 4 star hotel. I do not know what kind of detergent is used in the bathroom, but it triggered my allergies and I had to leave a day early. The lobby area is too small, and I did not like the Sri Lancan concept in the restaurant. The rooms are clean. The furniture and the bathroom material are good quality. The staff is friendly, but I did not sufficiently enjoy my stay for the reasons mentioned earlier.
