"To start with, no check in information was sent to me before I arrived. When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text. I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in. Once in the property, things didn't really improve. "Nicely located as I was able to walk to almost everyplace I needed. The flat was a nice size and was decorated well. The bathroom was recently remodeled and was perfect, the walk-in shower was the perfect size. The kitchen was more than adequate for my extended stay. I was definitely pleased with this booking."
