  • The property boasts spectacular views of not only the ocean, but also the channel into the bay, the Bayshore Peninsula, the bay itself, and the bridge spanning it. It is very rare to have such a variety of stunning-unimpeded views in one location.

    Beach access is just two houses down in this quiet neighborhood.

    The town of Waldport and the Alsea Bay & River are gems on the Oregon Coast. Centrally located between Newport and Yachats. The Alsea Bay & River are known for their excellent steelhead & salmon fishing, crabbing, and clamming.
